Holy moly ear infections! Back in December, Ben had his first ear infection. It was just in one ear, but still had us worried. He was prescribed antibiotics which should've gotten rid of it in a couple days. Unfortunately, a couple weeks later, we took him in to find that he still had an ear infection, but at that time it was in both ears. After another round of antibiotics, we still weren't in the clear. Another double ear infection was brewing. He ended up having 5 ear infections!
This was one of the saddest times in our lives. We wanted so much to help our little guy feel better and heal, but nothing worked. Finally, the doctor tried an antibiotic in the form of injection instead of oral. This worked. He has had a "clean bill of health" (Tyler talk) for a couple of weeks now. Ben is finally feeling better. We are finally happy. Most importantly, everyone is finally sleeping again.
Riding in the grocery cart is one of Ben's newest favorite activities to do on the weekend. Daddy and Ben fly through the aisles while mommy thinks of yummy, healthy things to cook. Ben does a great job of making sure all of the ladies in the grocery store knows he's there! He turns on the charm factor every time anyone looks at him. Reminds me of his daddy. LOL.

This picture is of Ben getting caught playing in the bathroom. He pulls himself up and "cruises" while hanging on to things. It has been so much fun watching him gain more and more confidence everyday. He has even stood on his own for seconds at a time. It won't be long before he is walking!
His sleeve is off of his body in this pic because he couldn't figure out how to push his arm through the sleeve so he just yanked his whole arm out!
